Eligibility
- A law degree (LLB/LLM) with a strong understanding of securities and corporate laws.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in legal content writing, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
- Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong research skills and a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the content creation process on topics related to securities and corporate laws.
- Draft and edit articles, white papers, orders and other legal content with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and depth.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in securities and corporate laws to ensure content relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
