About the Job
KNG Tech Law is seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Legal Associate to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a keen interest in supporting various aspects of corporate governance and compliance.
Eligibility
1-2 years of experience in corporate law or a related field, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate documents such as board minutes, resolutions, and annual reports.
- Conducted legal research and analyzed legal issues related to corporate operations and transactions.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
