About the Job

KAnalysis Consultants is hiring an Associate – US Litigation & Indian Commercial Transactions. The role involves supporting US litigation matters, handling commercial transactions, providing legal research assistance, and advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• LL.B. degree with enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in US Litigation and Indian Commercial Laws.
• Strong drafting, contract review, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting the US office with legal research and drafting in real estate and IP litigation matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including:
  • Shareholder Agreements
  • Joint Venture Agreements
  • License Agreements
  • Merger Agreements
  • IP-related contracts
• Advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, foreign exchange regulations, compliance, and investment transactions.
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing legal opinions.
• Providing strategic legal support on Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, FDI Policy, Competition Law, Privacy Laws, and related regulations.
