About the Job
India Juris is inviting Legal Associates.
- Mumbai – 1-2 PQE
- Area of Expertise – Investment transactions/Securities
- Qualification – LLM Corporate Law (fresher/experienced)/LLB(experienced)/Legal associate
- Location – Local candidate is required only
- Bengaluru – 1-2 PQE
- Area of Expertise – Corporate Litigation experience is Must
- Language – Knowledge of Kannadaa is must
- Location – Local candidate required
- Qualification – LLM/LLB(Experienced)/Legal Associate
Eligibility
Having experience in corporate law, Litigation, investment transactions, Private Equity, Foreign investment, and Venture capital. Should have a minimum 1 year post qualification experience. For the Bengaluru location candidates should be well versed in Kannada also. Local candidates would be preferred.
