Eligibility

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, MoUs & legal documents
• Ensuring company compliance with statutory laws & regulatory policies
• Handling legal notices, vendor agreements, and documentation work
• Maintaining updated knowledge of government regulations and legal amendments
• Coordinating with advocates, legal consultants & external authorities
• Preparing legal opinions, briefing notes and advisory reports for management
• Maintaining proper records of contracts, filings, and regulatory documents
• Handling dispute matters, supporting litigation procedures when required
• Researching case laws, legal provisions and preparing case summaries
• Drafting replies to legal notices, arbitration matters, RTI responses etc.
• Managing intellectual property related work (Trademark, Copyright etc.)
• Reviewing internal company policies to reduce legal risk and ensure compliance
• Representing company in legal discussions, hearings or regulatory meetings
• Supporting internal teams with documentation and legal clarifications
• Keeping management updated on legal matters, risks and progress reports

Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary

₹22,000 per month
