Gruner Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is looking for a Legal Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their legal team in Noida. If you have expertise in commercial contracting, EPC, M&A, JV, and litigation, they’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Drafting contracts, JV agreements, turnkey agreements, and NDAs
- Preparing letters, notices, and stakeholder communications
- Staying updated on sectoral regulations and developments
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting legal opinions and advisories
- Managing legal documentation
