Eligibility
- The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills and hands-on experience handling **bail applications, civil cases, and matters under the NI Act
- Law graduates with 2-3 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Experience in court appearances and case handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
Resposnibilities
- Draft and file bail applications, civil suits, and NI Act matters
- Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and argument preparation
- Manage case documentation and maintain compliance with legal procedures
- Collaborate with senior advocates and legal teams on complex cases
