FinStackk Legal is hiring a Legal Associate at FinStackk Legal, PLLC!
Eligibility
FinStackk Legal is looking for a JD/LLB graduate (0–1 years PQE; internships welcome) with strong research and drafting skills, and an interest in American corporate law. Familiarity with FEMA, RBI rules, and U.S. regulations is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with American startups, SMEs, and founders, along with businesses expanding to the United States.
- You’ll get practical, hands-on experience in corporate governance, cross-border structuring, compliance, investment transactions, and contract drafting.
- You’ll also collaborate with our tech team as we continue building the FinStackk platform.
