Eligibility

• Legal Expertise: A solid foundation in knowledge of commercial laws such as IBC & Company laws with procedural working knowledge of IBC & Companies matters.
• Analytical Mindset: Navigate intricate legal matters with precise propositions and insight, offering strategic solutions to complex disputes enabling
• Effective Communication: Articulate your arguments persuasively, both in written briefs and oral presentations, fostering strong skills for drafting and client relationships.
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, leveraging collective expertise to deliver optimal results for our clients.
• Must be a law graduate with a recognized degree by the Bar Council of India and enrolled as a member of any State Bar Council. (Freshers may apply)
• Should have a working knowledge of E-filing and procedural work pertaining to cases filed before various Courts, forums & Tribunals such as DHC, NCLT, and NCLAT situated all over India.
• Shall have the ability to manage the portfolio of all the cases at our Law Offices.- Shall be expected to assist in arguing and drafting various petitions, applications, replies, legal notices pertaining to civil, commercial & criminal matters.
• Shall have the ability to conduct legal research and prepare briefs, notes & propositions relating to the relevant area of Law.
