About the Job
They are looking for a Legal Associate – Litigation at Chambers of Advocate Aditya Lele. Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts
Eligibility
- LL. B with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to prioritize complex and often interrelated tasks
- Good team player, a collaborative style of working
Key Accountabilities
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
- Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
- Appearance before – High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Good research skills.
- Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
- Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
- Team Player
Salary
Depends on the experience of the selected candidate and will Discussed upon interview
