Chambers of Advocate Aditya Lele is looking for a Legal Associate – Litigation.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 1 year (Sanad is mandatory)
• Minimum Commitment: 1.5 years (mandatory)

Educational Qualification

• LL. B from a recognised university
• Minimum of 1-year post-qualification litigation experience
• Valid Sanad is mandatory

Skills Required

• Strong legal drafting abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage complex and interrelated tasks

Practice Areas: Civil, Commercial, and Constitutional Litigation

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of the Civil Procedure Code, Civil Laws, and relevant allied laws
• Drafting and vetting of legal documents including:
  • Notices, Complaints, Applications, Written Statements
  • Evidence affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders
  • Writ Petitions, Appeals, and miscellaneous pleadings
• Assisting in strategizing litigation for complex civil & commercial matters
• Regular appearances before:
  • High Court
  • City Civil & District Courts
  • Co-operative Courts
• Preparing case briefs, research notes, and assisting seniors during hearings
• Coordinating with clients for instructions, updates, and documentation
• Managing case files, court filings, e-filing, and maintaining records
• Ensuring timely compliance with court deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements
