About  the Job

Brillio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its dynamic legal team as an Associate Legal. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in an in-house legal environment and contribute to key business and compliance functions.

Eligibility

• Education:
  • LL.B. from a recognised institution
  • Enrolled to practice law in any Indian State
• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Preferably in an in-house legal team or a reputed law firm
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management
  • Familiarity with compliance and corporate governance
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment

Responsibilities 

Risk Identification & Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions; support risk assessment and legal strategy. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, and client contracts. Legal Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage contractual and compliance risks.
