Black Suit is hiring for the position: Legal Associate
Eligibility
Experience Level: 1-2 Year. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of banking and financial laws, excellent research and drafting skills, effective communication, attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents related to banking and NBFCs.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Support senior attorneys with legal opinions and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with their legal needs.
- Support civil litigation
- Assist in due diligence and maintain organized case files.
