Avyaan Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Real Estate (Non-Litigation). The firm is looking for candidates with 3–4 years of experience in real estate transactional and non-litigation work.

Candidates should possess strong drafting, legal research, and due diligence skills, along with a sound understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a sound understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting Development Agreements (DA), Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Development Management Contracts (DMC), sale agreements, and other property-related contracts.
Conducting property title due diligence, reviewing title documents, and preparing title certificates.
Handling RERA-related documentation and regulatory compliance.
Drafting and reviewing mortgage deeds, escrow agreements, lease deeds, and other financing and security documents.
Conducting legal due diligence for real estate transactions, identifying title risks, and reviewing property records.
Assisting with transaction structuring, documentation, registration, and stamp duty compliance.
