About the Job

AP & Partners is hiring a lawyer with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its corporate practice in Gurugram.

The selected candidate will work on a variety of transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) deals.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Applicants should be interested in corporate transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-border M&A transactions.
• Assist in PE/VC investment matters.
• Handle work related to TMT deals.

Additional Information

The firm has indicated that its partner-to-associate leverage is low, which may provide associates with greater responsibility and exposure to substantive work.
