About the Job
ANS Commerce is hiring for the position of Legal Associate for their Gurgaon location.
Eligibility
- Up to 2 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management and compliance (preferably in ecommerce industry)
- Excellent research skills and the ability to work in an IC role
- Experience in contract negotiation and legal advisory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating a variety of legal documents including SLAs, Vendor Agreements, NDA’s, MOU’s etc.
- Working independently on assigned agreements from all departments including but not limited to HR, Finance, Admin
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with legal industry standards and company policies
- Managing the contract lifecycle and contract repositories
- Ensuring legal compliance in all contractual matters
