About the Job
Anoma Legal is looking for an Associate to join their General Corporate Advisory team based out of Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- PQE- 1-3 years.
- The relevant candidate should be adept at working with clients across various industries including the RBI-regulated players and IT Services clients, to name a few.
- The potential candidate should have relevant experience working on mandates pertaining to Fintech, tech, and employment. The ideal candidate should be adept at drafting, reviewing and negotiating commerical contracts of a varied natures as well as, provide advisories and opinions on various regulatory queries on an ongoing basis.
