About the Job

ANB Legal is looking to expand its Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Funds Practice and is seeking lawyers who have substantial transactional experience and can independently manage client interactions and transaction processes.

The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions involving fund formations, investments, ESG advisory, and mergers and acquisitions.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Private Equity (PE) Transactions
  • Venture Capital (VC) Transactions
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Due Diligence
  • Transaction Structuring
  • General Corporate Advisory

Preferred Profile

The firm is looking for candidates who:

• Have worked on live transactions and deal execution.
• Understand the commercial context behind legal advice.
• Can independently manage client conversations.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in their work.
• Have experience negotiating and closing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on PE, VC, and M&A transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence exercises.
• Assist with transaction structuring and execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Provide corporate advisory support to clients.
• Manage client interactions and transaction timelines.
• Support fund formation and investment-related mandates.
