Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- A law degree (LL.B. or LL.M.)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
- Familiarity with Indian Corporate Law, the Companies Act, and other relevant statutes
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
- Coordinate with external counsels and internal stakeholders
- Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/commercial law
- Preference will be given to candidates with law firm and/or in-house legal experience
