Eligibility
- Thorough knowledge of the Indirect tax provisions
- Zeal to know the keep oneself updated with the happenings of the filed
- Knowledge of Indirect tax regulations, treaties, etc.
- Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Passion for client servicing
- An eye for details
- Efficiency in MS office and writing skills
- Ownership and responsible outlook towards the role.
- Qualification- LL.B. from a reputed University; LL.M. (preferrable)
Responsibilities
- Conducting Indirect tax briefings
- Coordinating with partners
- Active participation in publication work on behalf of the firm
- Handling and assisting the team in Indirect legal issues
- Assisting in advisory projects including technical research, drafting, and presentations
- Assisting in the litigation aspect of Indirect Tax cases including drafting, research, and other case-related work
- Coordinating indirect tax authorities and visiting the tax offices for follow-up, rectification, refund, etc.
- Analysis of the indirect tax provisions along with recent updates in international taxation.
