About the Job
AMM Law Offices, a boutique corporate and litigation law firm in Hyderabad, is seeking a dedicated Associate with 2–3 years of experience in general corporate, real estate, and IT/technology law.
They are Hiring | Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law
Eligibility
– LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolled with the Bar
– 2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or a corporate in-house legal team
– Strong drafting, research, and client interaction skills
– Exposure to the startup, IT, or real estate sectors is a plus
– A self-starter who is keen to grow in a boutique, hands-on environment
Responsibilities
– Drafting & negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MoUs, service contracts, etc.)
– Conducting due diligence and handling documentation for real estate transactions
– Advising on corporate compliance, governance, and business structuring
– Assisting with technology, software licensing, and data privacy matters
– Supporting litigation, regulatory, and risk advisory assignments
