About the Job
Amekon LPO is hiring an Estate Planning & Probate Legal Associate to assist with U.S. estate planning and probate matters. The role involves drafting legal documents, supporting probate and estate administration, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys with case preparation.
Eligibility
- Experience in U.S. Estate Planning & Probate matters.
- Strong legal drafting and document review skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Assist with probate and estate administration matters.
- Review legal documents and maintain case files.
- Conduct legal research.
- Support attorneys with case preparation.
