About the Job

AIQA Health is thrilled to share an exciting opening for a skilled Legal Associate to join their dynamic team.

Eligibility

This role requires over 3 years of experience in legal drafting, vetting agreements, contract negotiations, and management. Familiarity with litigation is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong independent task management, excellent research capabilities, and effective coordination with lawyers on ongoing litigation. Candidates should possess exceptional research skills, and the ability to manage contracts and legal compliance effectively. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Key duties include drafting and negotiating legal documents, collaborating with lawyers on litigation, performing in-depth legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
