ACAS Advisory is looking for a Legal Associate with 0–1 year of experience. The role involves handling intellectual property matters, particularly trademark prosecution and portfolio management, along with corporate, commercial, compliance, and general legal advisory work.

Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in IP, corporate, and commercial law.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Prior internship or work experience in trademark matters will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handling intellectual property matters, particularly trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
- Conducting trademark searches.
- Handling trademark applications, objections, oppositions, and enforcement.
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting legal notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, MOUs, and other business contracts.
- Handling corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Supporting compliance and general legal advisory.
- Handling client matters across various sectors.
