About the Job
Counselect is hiring a Legal Analyst – Commercial Contracts for a six-month secondment. The selected candidate will work on-site in Delhi and should have 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in commercial contracts, procurement agreements, EPC contracts, or project contracts.
- Exposure to the hydro, energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
- Strong drafting, contract review, and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams.
- Comfort with using AI tools for legal research, contract review, summarisation, and drafting.
Duration
The secondment is for six months.
