About the Job
Adv Ananjay Singh is expanding his team and need a full-time on-site role for two lawyers located at Mumbai. They represent Banks, NBFC, and financial companies in all their legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with respective BAR Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed to practice in India.
- Ability to research and analyze legal issues.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Candidate having exposure in Banking and financial-related matters would be preferred.
Responsibilities
The Lawyer would be required to draft, prepare legal arguments, and represent the firm and clients before various courts.
