About the Job

SKV Law Offices are looking to hire a lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience for their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have experience in transactions, project finance, and general corporate work, with a strong understanding of deal structuring, financing transactions, and commercial contracts.

Eligibility

• 2-4 years PQE with relevant experience in a law firm or in-house role
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in project finance and/or corporate transactions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Advising on project finance, infrastructure, M&A, and general corporate transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and financing agreements
• Assisting clients in regulatory and compliance matters
• Handling due diligence and transaction execution
• Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-profile clients
