The Moot Court Cell of BLC serves as a dynamic platform for advocacy, legal research, and mooting culture.

Balaji Law College, Pune proudly presents the Late Dr. (Col.) Prof. A. Balasubramanian 12th Moot Court Competition, 2026, conducted in Hybrid Mode.
Theme
The moot proposition is based on contemporary issues relating to Land Acquisition, Environmental Protection, Forest Rights, and Constitutional Rights.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. programme
- Only one team per institution
- Each team must consist of three members (Two Mooters + One Researcher)
Registration Fee
INR 3,600/- per team
Prizes and Awards
- Winner – INR 50,000 + Trophy + Certificate
- Runner-Up – INR 35,000 + Trophy + Certificates
- Best Speaker – INR 15,000 + Certificate
- Best Memorial – INR 10,000 + Certificate
- Total Prize Pool: INR 1,10,000/-

- Release of Brochure: 31 January 2026
- Closure of Registration: 05 March 2026
- Memorial Submission: 20 March 2026
- Final Round: 04 April 2026
