Kristu Jayanti School of Law (KJCL), under the aegis of Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), is a premier institution recognised by the Bar Council of India and managed by the CMI Fathers. The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Cell of the School of Law actively promotes awareness and practical understanding of ADR mechanisms. Through mediation competitions, workshops, training sessions, and expert interactions, the Cell provides students with opportunities to develop skills in arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). The ADR Cell has successfully organised several prestigious events, including the Inter-Collegiate Mediation Competition, ACCORDO, which witnessed participation from institutions across India.

“Voices of Resolution: Women at the Vanguard of Arbitration and ODR Mechanisms”
Objective of the Summit
The Summit seeks to foster meaningful dialogue on the evolving role of women in shaping the future of Arbitration and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). It aims to highlight the contributions of women professionals, practitioners, scholars, and policymakers in advancing inclusive, technology-driven, and accessible dispute resolution mechanisms. The Summit provides a platform to discuss innovation, digital justice, institutional arbitration, and emerging trends in ODR while encouraging greater participation of women in the global ADR ecosystem.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
- Gain insights into the transformative role of women in modern arbitration and ODR.
- Understand innovations in digital justice and technology-driven dispute resolution.
- Explore institutional frameworks and emerging global trends in ADR.
- Learn practical strategies to overcome barriers to women’s leadership in ADR.
- Develop perspectives on fostering diversity, inclusion, and equitable access to justice.
- Enhance their understanding of future-ready dispute resolution mechanisms.
Eligibility
- Open to students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes from universities and colleges recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Each institution may nominate a maximum of five participants.

- Confirmation of registration will be sent via email by the ADR Cell.
- All registered participants will receive an Official Certificate of Participation.
