UWSL, Karnavati University and DPIIT IPR Chair Gujarat National Law University in association with Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) is organising a One Day workshop on ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ on February 10, 2022 between 10 am to 2 pm.

About the Workshop
This workshop aims to sensitise and engage professionals and students to deliberate on contemporary concerns in Intellectual Property Laws. Distinct sessions of this workshop intend to disseminate knowledge of essential elements of various forms of Intellectual Property including Copyright, Patents, Trademarks and Industrial Designs.
These sessions are being conducted by eminent scholars of law bearing practical experience of dealing with different forms of Intellectual Property on routine basis. Participants of this workshop will traverse through various parameters governing distinct forms of Intellectual Property, issues arising out of technology in the modern era, and procedural understanding of the same.
Overall the Workshop will provide great impetus to critical understanding of Intellectual Property Laws in India.
