They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who will be responsible for day to day operations, strategic planning and growth of our coworking spaces within the city.
Eligibility
- Experience- minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate field or court practice
- Qualifications- must have Law degree and AIBE cleared
Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge in legal drafting like notices, petitions/plaints, sale agreement, sale deeds and etc.
- Sound knowledge in searching of property documents and registration process
- MIS reports daily
- Visit courts and attends conferences
