About the Job 

The Chambers of Nirmalya Shukla is inviting applications from motivated and diligent fresh law graduates for the position of Junior Associate.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold an LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year course), with freshers encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess strong research and drafting skills, a good command over written and spoken English, and a demonstrated interest in litigation, IPR, or corporate advisory work. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment and a serious commitment to litigation practice.

Responsibilities

•  Legal research and drafting
• Court appearances and briefing
• Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
•  Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
• Client coordination and case management
• Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions

Practice Area Exposure

•  Civil and Commercial Litigation
•  Arbitration & Infrastructure Disputes
• Contractual and Property Disputes
•  Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters (including infringement and advisory)
• Corporate Advisory & Compliance (including contractual structuring and regulatory compliance)
• Practice is primarily before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.

Stipend

Remuneration will be in line with industry standards and commensurate with the candidate’s capability and performance.
