Applications are invited for the position of Junior Associate (Litigation) at Office of Abhinav Singh. The selected candidate will work closely on litigation matters and gain practical exposure to court proceedings and drafting
Eligibility
- LL.B. Graduate
- Basic knowledge of court proceedings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Good legal research skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings
- Conducting in-depth legal research
- Assisting in court proceedings and appearances before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums
Location
Chamber No. 392, Block-II, Delhi High Court
Remuneration
Shall be commensurate with experience and discussed at the time of interview
