About the Job
Law Offices of Madhukar Pandey is hiring for the following positions:
- Senior Associate: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Junior Associate: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a three-year or five-year programme at a law college or university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Applicants must be enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Applicants should have prior knowledge of SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal research software.
Work Profile
Candidates should have prior experience handling matters before various High Courts, the National Commission, State Commissions, and District Courts.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in medical negligence disputes, white-collar disputes, and core criminal litigation.
