Responsibilities
- Assistance in litigation work in the Supreme Court, High Court, Tribunals, and Commissions.
- Assistance in Arbitration Proceedings.
- Preparing briefs, case files, extensive case law research, and making notes.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, communication skills, coordinating with clients and other briefing counsels, and organizing and maintaining the office and records.
