Position: Junior Associate
Artis Law House is seeking candidates with expertise in corporate law, litigation, transactional work, and restructuring matters. The role involves representing clients before courts and tribunals, handling complex legal documentation, and advising clients on corporate legal issues.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. or a higher legal qualification from a recognised law school.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in litigation, contract drafting, restructuring, and transactional work.
- Legal Expertise: Proficiency in the Companies Act, 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and other relevant statutes.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, interpretation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism: Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, maintaining attention to detail, and ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle corporate litigation involving mergers, acquisitions, shareholder rights, and corporate governance.
- Assist with corporate restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements, contracts, and transactional documents.
- Represent clients before the NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), Consumer Courts, lower courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Provide strategic advice on legal risks, compliance requirements, and potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and senior lawyers to develop effective legal strategies.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
1. Written Test

Training Programme
Selected candidates will undergo a 1–3 month training period, during which they will be designated as Legal Trainees. Upon satisfactory completion of the training, they will be confirmed as Junior Associates.
