About the Job
Adyant Legal is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate (Litigation).
Eligibility
- Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience before Trial Courts (mandatory)
- Preference would be given to the candidates having trial court experience.
Responsibilities
- Appear and assist in matters before Trial Courts, Tribunals, and Higher Courts.
- Undertake legal drafting, research, and case preparation work.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Should be diligent, responsible, and comfortable with a rigorous litigation schedule.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM [tentative]
Salary
Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month plus incentive depending upon the performance
