Eligibility
- 0–2 years of litigation experience
- (Freshers with strong interest in litigation may also apply)
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
- Willingness to appear in court and handle litigation work
Responsibilities
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
- Court appearances and assisting in hearings
- Case preparation and briefing senior advocates
- Managing case files and legal documentation
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining case updates
Remuneration
As per experience and discussion.
