About the Job

agle Law And Equity LLP is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate based in Mumbai. As a Junior Associate, you will work closely with their senior attorneys to provide top-notch legal representation to their clients.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized law school
• At least 2 years of experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist in case management, research, and drafting legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
• Prepare and review legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and trials with senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
• Collaborate with team members to achieve case goals and objectives
