About the Job
agle Law And Equity LLP is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate based in Mumbai. As a Junior Associate, you will work closely with their senior attorneys to provide top-notch legal representation to their clients.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized law school
- At least 2 years of experience in litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist in case management, research, and drafting legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
- Prepare and review legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court hearings and trials with senior attorneys
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve case goals and objectives
