The lawyer will report to an ex Partner of AZB & Partners, New Delhi – who specializes in M&A and general corporate advisory work. The startup is an acquisition focused business, and M&A credentials are key.
Requirements
– Requirements – 4-6 years PQE, preferably from a reputed law firm.
– experience in M&A, including share purchase/ business purchase arrangements
– understanding of employment laws
– Understanding of FEMA
– understanding of general corporate and regulatory compliances
– experience with general contracting, including vendor contracts, employee contracts, NDA
– experience in drafting general corporate contracts
