About the opportunity
Hiring Associates for the Non-Litigation Team of Helios Legal.
Practice Areas (Non-Litigation) : Commercial laws/General Corporate laws/ M&A
Eligibility
Freshers / 1-2 Years Non-Litigation Experience.
Roles and responsibilities
Associates will be required to do drafting and vetting, extensive research, attending meetings etc.
Renumeration
Salary will be discussed in person.
Associates will need to attend office (Mumbai-Fort) daily.
