Preferences

1) Candidates should be “extremely responsible and should be able to meet deadlines without any excuses”. Do specifically take note of the fact that I expect all my juniors to “read all papers in detail and make individual notes” and not take any shortcuts. I am extremely particular about this quality.

2) Candidate should have at least three years court experience as an Advocate on either Criminal Side or Civil Side or both; and “should have argued matters on their own”.

3) Candidates should have very good command over English Language and should be able to draft on their own.

4) Candidates are expected to take lead and also take full responsibility for each matter which has been assigned to them.
