About the Job
Ahluwalia Law Associates is looking to hire an IP Paralegal (02).
Eligibility
0-1 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support to IP Counsel(s), supporting formalities-based activities across the group for all IP topics, including patents, designs, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Prepare, file, and format patent/design, trademarks, and copyright documents for submission to the UK/PCT & USPTO as required.
- Monitor Platform central IP mailbox, docketing as appropriate and communicating with IP counsel.
- Manage the docket(s) of IP counsel as assigned, maintaining due dates, and meeting weekly to review.
- Monitor deadlines, ensuring timely completion, and escalate as required.
- As required support & lead project initiatives across the organization.
