Eligibility

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Intellectual Property litigation matters.
• Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with the team.
