About the Job
Rah Legal is seeking an experienced IP Attorney to join their team in Mumbai. Area of Practice –
Trademark, Copyright, and Industrial Design.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Eligible to practice law in India.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IP law.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, verifying, and finalizing assignments related to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs.
- Preparing legal documents, including Notices of Opposition, Counter Statements, Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47, Cease and Desist Notices, Replies to Cease and Desist Notices, Deeds of Assignment, and Rectification Notices.
- Assisting in IP-related lawsuits before tribunals and courts in collaboration with the legal team.
- Representing clients before IP statutory bodies and courts, as needed.
- Providing legal advice on intellectual property matters.
