About the Internship

Vatsha Lega Associates as an Internship Cum Full Time Job Opportunity specializing in Due Diligence and Legal Compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting title search reports, assessing legal compliance issues, and supporting due diligence processes for a variety of clients.

Eligibility

• Recently graduated with a degree in LL.B. (3 years), BA.LL.B. (5 years), BBA LL.B. (5 years)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in due diligence, title search, or legal compliance is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive title search reports to ensure the validity and legality of property ownership.
• Assist in analyzing legal documents and contracts for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
