About Advocate Ashish Jain

Advocate Ashish Jain is a practising advocate based in Delhi, with the aim and vision to provide practical and pragmatic legal advice and assistance to individual, corporate and foreign individuals and entities on a case-to-case basis. As per his legal practice, he holds the exposure of handling cases for Arbitration, Insurance, and Banking Laws, as well as Civil and Commercial Suits within the Jurisdiction of Delhi.

About the Internship

This internship opportunity is to enhance the drafting and research capabilities of candidates in essence to improvise the quality of work and give the law students an opportunity to learn the litigation practices at Delhi.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be pursuing undergraduate 5 years integrated law degree program from BCI Approved Law College.
• Candidates must have proficiency in English to draft vital litigation documents.
• Candidates must have an interest in drafting and research with a mindset to improve the factual proposition with statutes.
• Candidates must be acquainted with Research Portals such as SCC Online, ManuPatra etc.
• Candidates must be willing to read and interpret relevant provisions of law as per the assigned tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

The daily responsibilities of the selected interns will include the following:

• Research and Analysis of Legal Queries
• Drafting of Documents
• Reading and Summarizing Case Laws
• And other relevant assistance

Mode of Internship

The mode of the internship is virtual.

Stipend

No Stipend, only an Internship Certificate would be issued subject to the internship work being satisfactory.
