About Mira Banga
An alumna of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where I pursued a Masters in Business Laws [MBL], and Amity Law School where I pursued Bachelors of Law [B.A.LL.B(H)]. She enrolled with the Bar Council in 2015 and commenced her legal practice in the field of corporate law. She is an independent corporate law professional and my aim is to provide clear, concise, and practical advice based on an in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and commercial environment.
About the Internship
Looking for interns for the month of July 2023.
Eligibility
Students in their 4/5th year will be preferred. Students with an interest in corporate transactions, corporate legal drafting and research should apply.
