Eligibility

• Final-year law students only.
• Candidates genuinely interested in pursuing a long-term career in family law litigation.
• Prior internship experience in family law will be preferred.
• Strong computer, legal research and drafting skills.
• Good command of English, with good spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Fast typing skills.
• Comfortable travelling by public transport and attending court.
• Candidates residing in the Mumbai suburbs will be preferred.
• Willingness to follow office policies and code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with legal research and drafting.
• Preparing case summaries and reports.
• Assisting in ongoing matrimonial and family law matters.
• Supporting court proceedings and attending courts with senior.
• Coordinating with senior associates on various assignments.
• Performing other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Stipend/Salary

The internship is paid. The stipend amount will be decided based on skills and suitability.
