About the Internship
The law firm is hiring Legal Interns for an on-site role involving corporate legal and tax compliance practice. The internship is designed to provide structured, hands-on exposure to corporate compliances, taxation, legal drafting, documentation, and research.

Eligibility
- Only law students can apply.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Prior exposure to corporate law and/or taxation will be preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis.
Responsibilities
- Handling company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assisting with ROC filings, incorporations, and ongoing compliance management.
- Assisting in GST and income tax-related matters.
- Legal drafting, documentation, and research.
- Assisting with trademark-related matters.
